1. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital downloads and game assets, products are generally non-refundable once they have been delivered or linked to your Cfx.re/Keymaster account. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following limited conditions:
- If the product was not successfully delivered to your account or email.
- If the script has a verified, critical issue or bug that our support team is unable to resolve.
- If the purchase is reviewed and approved by Tebex and Dexta Store compliance policies.
2. Refund Request Timeframe
If your purchase qualifies under the conditions above, you must submit your refund request within 24 hours of the purchase date. Requests made after this 24-hour timeframe are strictly ineligible for review.
3. Non-Refundable Purchases
The following purchases are not eligible for refunds:
- Products that have been significantly modified or customized by the customer
- Products where the customer has received and used the full service
- Purchases where the customer has violated the terms of service
- Products purchased during special sales or promotional events clearly marked as "non-refundable"
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Open a support ticket in the #support channel.
Step 3: Provide your order number, the email used for purchase, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
Step 4: Our support team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. The time to receive your refund depends on the payment method and your financial institution, typically between 5-10 business days.
6. Store Credit Alternative
In some situations, we may offer store credit instead of a monetary refund. This credit can be used toward future purchases on Dexta Store.
