Our products are 100% digital assets. Read about how we instantly deliver scripts and resources to your server.
1. Instant Automated Delivery
Upon successful completion of your checkout via the official Tebex payment portal, the transaction is processed instantly. You will receive an automated confirmation email containing your order details and delivery credentials immediately.
2. Cfx.re Escrow Deliveries
If you purchased a package protected by FiveM's official Cfx.re Escrow system, the asset is automatically bound to your Cfx.re account.
Step 1: Log in to the FiveM Keymaster portal: keymaster.fivem.net.
Step 2: Navigate to the "Purchased Assets" tab.
Step 3: Download the asset and place it into your server resource folder.
3. Open Source Deliveries
If you purchased an Open Source license package, the files are unencrypted and sent directly to your registered email address as a download link. You can also download them from the Tebex checkout confirmation panel.
4. Verification & Help
In rare cases, network delays may cause a slight delay (up to 5-10 minutes) in binding the asset or sending the email. If your script does not show up within 15 minutes, please:
- Check your spam/junk email folder.
- Verify you logged in with the correct Cfx.re account on Tebex during checkout.
- Open a support ticket in our Discord community at discord.gg/qEef4CRVjn for instant resolution.
